Deborah habicht

Deborah established her design business over 30 years ago and has executed projects in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, Vermont and abroad.  Residential is the largest part of the business, but there have been significant commercial projects.  On the approved contractor list for NYU, both housing and medical offices are completed projects.  Dental offices, restaurants, hotels, and office buildings have all benefitted from her vision.  She feels privileged to have worked with homeowners, real estate investors, and business owners.  Small and large projects are treated alike.

Experience, technical knowledge, attention to detail, a positive work ethic and relentless follow up ensure the success of every project.

Creativity and enthusiasm coupled with a good sense of humor help make a positive experience for everyone.  The goal is to complete a well-conceived and executed environment that exceeds the clients' expectations.  Location, lifestyle, personal taste, time, space, and budget are all considered.  

She continues to educate herself and has recently participated in cooking experiences with Bertazzoni in Italy and Kitchenaid in California.  Kitchen and Bathroom renovations have been a big part of her projects and total "gut" style renovations have been plentiful.

Deborah has participated in Showhouses throughout the Tri-State.   Her works have received acclaim in the New York Times (including a cover in the "Home Section").   Magazines, books, and local papers have all featured her work.

Her large portfolio of clients includes many that have been with her from the beginning and she has  executed multiple projects for them.  She feels fortunate to have developed great friendships over the years and continues to have great passion for her work.
